Enjoy the Costa del Sol one of the mildest regions of Spain with over 320 sunny days a year.
The province of Malaga with the capital of the same name lies deep in the south of Spain on the Costa del Sol. The special location ensures that the Spanish winter here is extremely mild with average temperatures in each season in the double-digit range.
Whether you come as a bather in the high season between May and September or for hiking biking, golfing in winter. Here it is always pleasant.
In the wintertime you are also welcome with your dog.
There are plenty of areas near where your darling can let off steam.

Apartment
In the apartment
The apartment has over 100 m2 and 2 additional large terraces. One terrace is open, the second is equipped with glass elements which can also be opened.
It consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a large kitchen, and a living room. In the kitchen you will find all the necessary equipment and items you need.
The apartment is furnished to a high standard, air conditioned and equipped with Wi-Fi and flatscreens. There is ample space for 4 people available.
For your safety, the entrance area is video-monitored and an agency is available for emergencies.
Outside the apartment
The apartment is easily accessible by elevator.
Smoking is allowed on the open terrace. Pets are not allowed to sleep in the beds or be locked in the apartment unattended. (Dog bark and destroy furniture) Please note that dogs are not allowed on the beach in the high season!
The gardens and pool areas must not be entered with animals.
This high quality apartment is located in a well maintained residential complex with large garden and 2 pools.There are general house rules wich include quiet periods. So parties of any kind are strictly prohibited in the apartment and the entire facility!
We provide sufficient linen and towels.
Costs
Price per day depending on the season between 95 and 150 euros.
One-time service fee for cleaning 75 Euro
Pet (max 1) 5 Euro per day
